Our booking process
Click on one of the links below. You start by completing a short pre-assessment form to help us understand your goals and background.
You’ll then meet your dietitian for a 60-minute online consultation via our secure telehealth platform.
An optional personalised meal plan can be added after your session.
Together, you’ll decide on a follow-up package of 4, 6, 9 or 12 sessions to support your ongoing progress and results.
